Recommendations for organising and governing integrated public services

While most European cities already have extensive 5G coverage through existing macrocell towers, growing data demand is straining current infrastructure. The use of mmWave 5G, which could greatly expand capacity, is often impractical with traditional macrocells, making network densification essential.
