Training Hub

Welcome to the Training Hub, part of the Living-in.EU initiative, designed to support cities and municipalities in their digital transformation journeys. As urban areas work to meet climate goals and embrace smarter technologies, this hub offers clear, practical guidance through a series of eight focused training videos.

Each module covers a key step in the digitalisation process—from assessing your current capabilities with LORDIMAS, to creating a tailored digital roadmap, and exploring procurement strategies using EU-developed templates. You’ll also learn how to leverage open data platforms and data spaces as the foundation for Local Digital Twins, and how to build your city's Open Reference Architecture through MIMs (Minimum Interoperability Mechanisms).

Additional trainings introduce the EU Cities Mission Platform, offering support for achieving decarbonisation goals, and the EU Local Digital Twin Toolbox, providing hands-on resources for smart community development. Finally, discover how Living-in.EU connects you to a growing network of curated resources, knowledge sharing, and scalable solutions across Europe.

Whether you're just beginning or enhancing your digital strategy, the Training Hub provides the tools and insights you need to build a smarter, greener future.
