The Telecom Infra Project (TIP) has developed a playbook addressing the challenges of 5G network deployment in urban environments. While most European cities already have extensive 5G coverage through existing macrocell towers, growing data demand is straining current infrastructure. The use of mmWave 5G, which could greatly expand capacity, is often impractical with traditional macrocells, making network densification essential.
