L'objectif de cette initiative est de soutenir les communautés de l'UE qui en sont aux premiers stades ou qui n'ont pas encore entamé leur transformation numérique en leur fournissant des ressources, des bonnes pratiques et des formations pour élaborer des stratégies numériques.

In the framework of Horizon Europe, the European Union Programme for Research and Innovation (2021-2027), the European Commission launched the Mission ‘A Soil Deal for Europe’, aiming to establish 100 Living Labs and Lighthouses to drive the transition to healthy soils by 2030.  

Energy characterisation of existing buildings at multiple geographical levels (district, city, region) can be used to understand energy use trends.  Moreover, it can correlate the energy consumption to characteristics of the territory and identify specific locations where there are buildings with poor energy performance.

Since September 2022, European data spaces initiatives have been collaboratively defining the technical building blocks for data spaces across various domains. In partnership with the Data Spaces Support Centre (DSSC), this collaborative effort, has successfully identified and integrated common grounds for technical standards and software implementations presented during the event.
