SMARCO serves as a comprehensive one-stop shop for smart community expertise. The project bridges skills gaps for city planners and engineers through flexible, user-centric training and globally recognized micro-credentials. By participating in the Pact for Skills, SMARCO fosters a transnational community of stakeholders dedicated to scaling best practices and shaping policy for sustainable, resilient urban development.
