This document provides support for the successful implementation of the Go Li.EU project by describing the procedures for project coordination, communication and collaboration among the consortium partners, continuous monitoring, risk management, quality assurance and reporting.

It provides detailed information on the administrative, technical, financial, quality, risk, legal/IPR, data management and ethical issues. It serves as a reference point for project partners regarding the organisation of the project management. It should be considered complementary to the Joint Data Controllership Agreement (JCA), Consortium Agreement (CA) and the Grant Agreement (GA). If there are any contradictions, the latter should prevail.

This Deliverable 6.2 is produced within the WP6 Project Management to outline a clear and updated picture of an overall management approach guiding the consortium in all the cooperation processes demanded by the project.
