Four Frameworks - on Ethics, Inclusion & Democratisation, Governance, Education & Training and Technical Design - were developed in the first phase of the Twin4Resilience project. These Frameworks are supporting the development of 8 Pilot Action Plans, the implementation of 8 pilots, the development of Training Modules and overall joint learning. The Frameworks are not supposed to be prescriptive, but rather informative, supportive and inspiring.
