As cities across Europe continue to digitalise public services, mobility systems, governance mechanisms, and citizen engagement, understanding and accessing EU funding opportunities becomes increasingly essential. Programmes such as Horizon Europe, the Digital Europe Programme, NetZeroCities, and the New European Bauhaus support cities to accelerate digital and green transformation through funding, capacity building, and cross-border collaboration.
