The European Commission is organising an online Brokerage Event to facilitate participation in the upcoming calls related to Virtual Worlds under the Horizon Europe Work Programme 2025. The adoption of the work programme and the launch of the first calls for proposals are expected by mid-May 2025. 

This event will provide:

• an overview of the forthcoming calls relevant to Virtual Worlds
• the opportunity to ask questions
• matchmaking opportunities for organisations interested in forming or joining consortia 

Participants will also have the possibility to present their organisation and a short pitch about their proposal idea or expertise. To express interest in pitching, please complete the pitch template and indicate which call(s) you are interested in. Breakout sessions will be organised per call topic.

The event is open to organisations based in EU Member States and in countries associated to Horizon Europe. The Webex link will be shared with registered participants ahead of the event.
