As part of the European Week of Regions and Cities (EWRC) 2025, the Living-in.EU movement is proud to host its second Digital Assembly in Brussels on 15 October 2025. This flagship political event brings together local and regional leaders to shape a digital transformation that puts people and the planet first.

The Living-in.EU Digital Assembly is the annual political gathering of the Living-in.EU movement. It convenes mayors, regional leaders, and digital transformation stakeholders to define priorities for Europe’s digital future, anchored in sustainability, inclusiveness, and digital rights.

This year’s edition will explore how cities and regions can harness data-driven policymaking and citizen engagement to build human-centric, digitally-enabled, and resilient communities. Participants will examine pressing topics such as:

• Ethical and inclusive data governance
• Standardisation and interoperability
• Participatory models for local digital transformation
• Aligning digital solutions with environmental goals
