Call for applications for the position of LDT CitiVerse EDIC Director is now open!
The European Digital Infrastructure Consortium on Local Digital Twins towards the CitiVerse (LDT CITIVERSE EDIC) seeks a Director who will lead the LDT CITIVERSE EDIC and provide the necessary resources for fulfilling its daily operations.
The LDT CitiVerse EDIC is aimed at developing a common European infrastructure of interoperable data platforms and services for building local digital twins, with a special focus on AI and Virtual Worlds. It seeks to improve European competitiveness, increase the availability of joint EU infrastructures for Cities and foster the EU Smart Communities ecosystem.
The LDT CitiVerse EDIC members have agreed to sign a contract for services including all the duties corresponding to the Director (or Mandate of the Director, as described on the Statutes) plus a set of additional services which will cover the daily activities of the LDT CITIVERSE EDIC, to be provided through an expert team. The Director statutory duties will be assigned to the person leading the team (the “Director” from now on) who will assume the legal role as the EDIC Director, while the additional services, and required support, will be performed by a team included also in the Contract for services under the legal responsibility of the signatories of the contract for services.

Contract for services: detail the full-time equivalent dedication to the project (FTE) per year, of key participants. The Contract for services is for two years renewable up to 2 more years.
Net cost: Maximum €100.000/annum for the full Contract for services.
Working hours/dedication: Minimum 1 FTE.
Location: Premises of the LDT CITIVERSE EDIC Statutory Seat Edificio “la Harinera” in Valencia (Spain).
