The Community Management Plan is a key deliverable of the Go Li.EU project. It provides guidance and direction for managing the Living-in.EU community, ensuring that it continues to grow and thrive. It outlines the goals for the community, engagement, growth and sustainability, and provides guidelines for achieving them.
The Community Management Plan is primarily for use by the consortium partners. It is also closely interconnected with the Branding, Communication and Marketing Strategy. It was first developed in April 2023 project and last updated in May 2024. Community management activities have evolved and adapted to a changing landscape and the online platform had been further updated. Nevertheless, the Plan remains a useful starting point to understand how the Living-in.EU community is organised.
