The Procurement Workshop of the “Support Services for EU Smart Communities” project is taking place on Tuesday 27th May from 10:30 to 12:30!

This online workshop aims at presenting and discussing the procurement support materials - templates and guidelines - that are part of the support offered to European cities and communities for the acquisition of Local Digital Platforms and Local Digital Twins, which are publicly available on the Living-in.EU platform since March 2025.

In this interactive session, there will be a presentation of a procurement journey set in a mock-city scenario to show how to use the available materials to overcome specific procurement challenges. During the workshop, your feedback and comments will be gathered to improve these resources.

As the workshop will be structured in interactive discussions, there is no need to prepare presentations. However, in preparation to the workshop, you are invited to explore the materials to familiarise with them and take the opportunity to provide comments through the feedback form online or on the day.
