DEP4ALL, the Network of National Contact Points (NCP) for the Digital Europe Programme (DEP), organises a new series of online training sessions for potential DEP applicants. 

The second webinar of this series offers a structured overview of project management and reporting obligations throughout the entire lifecycle of projects funded under the Digital Europe Programme. Participants will be guided through the key stages of project initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and closure, with a particular emphasis on the responsibilities of both coordinators and partners. 

In addition, the session will address the practicalities of reporting, including the preparation and submission of periodic reports, the documentation of deliverables, and the management of communication with relevant authorities. Best practices for maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, and responding to common challenges will be discussed, providing attendees with practical tools and insights to enhance project success and ensure the efficient administration and reporting of Digital Europe Programme activities.
