Administrative Modernisation Agency (AMA)

AMA is implementing the National Strategy for Smart Territories, in which is being created a local and regional community that will leverage the concept of smart cities to all national territory in a series of initiatives to support digital transition of Portuguese cities and communities.

Agence du Numérique (ADN)

The Agence du Numérique (AdN) plays a crucial role in advancing digitalization for Walloon cities and municipalities. It collaborates closely with the Walloon Government, public services and various stakeholders within the digital ecosystem to define, coordinate, and monitor the regional digital strategy, Digital Wallonia. It actively contributes to the implementation and coordination of programs and projects aimed at digital transformation across the region.

Centre for Studies and Expertise on Risks, the Environment, Mobility and Urban Planning (Cerema)

Cerema's long-standing activities support local and regional authorities through a recently renewed objectives contract with the government. This involves offering a wide range of expertise to state and local entities, leveraging scientific knowledge and innovative approaches, particularly digital technology. Cerema operates across France with 26 locations and 2,500 employees in nine regional divisions, enhancing its effectiveness.

Local Government Management Agency (LGMA)

The LGMA has a long history of leading digitalisation in the sector and coordinates the provision of various IT systems for local authorities in Ireland. It provides the social housing system for 27 local authorities and the planning application system for 24 local authorities. It coordinates the financial management system for 28 local authorities and the HR/payroll system for all 31 local authorities. The LGMA is leading the implementation of an online planning applications system for all 31 local authorities.

National Center for Cartography (NCC)

The NCC supports cities and municipalities in smart cities and digitalisation through cartography and photogrammetry services. The centre plays a crucial role in providing geospatial data infrastructure aligned and facilitates smart city initiatives and digital transformation efforts across Romania.

Paradigm Brussels

Paradigm is a key player in digitalisation for municipalities and cities in the Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium. It focuses on strategic planning, IT consulting, training and project management in technology and telecommunications. Its goal is to enhance the region's scientific and technological capabilities and ensure coordination with EU, federal and international initiatives.
