The Eurocities Digital Divide Task Force is launching a survey to understand the competency profile of workers who are also digital helpers. The task force is committed to reducing digital inequalities in our cities. 

In order to develop curriculum and training for digital helpers, based on cities' experience, the task force would like to know what skills and tools are needed to correctly support urban dwellers with their digital issues. 

The deadline is 6 December 2023.

Are you a social worker? Are you working in a department in direct contact with the people in your city? Do you help residents with their digital issues? We will be more than happy if you could share your thoughts with us through this survey!
